Derek DeWolf is a Windermere agent. We work closely with Windermere, a licensed real estate brokerage. If your inquiry involves buying, selling, or listing a property, we may share your contact information and inquiry where appropriate.
With service providers. We use trusted companies to host our website, manage form submissions, and send email. They can use your information only to provide those services to us.
When required by law. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.If our business changes. If our business is sold or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and for a reasonable period afterward in the case that we work together again.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
